Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via UPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
RETURNS
Point Ashley strives to assure customer satisfaction, if for any reason you are not satisfied we provide Free Prepaid Returns for all shipments within the USA as long as...  
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days using the prepaid return label. Merchandise must not be worn or altered. Merchandise must have all tags attached. Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund. Final Sale items may not be returned.  Point Ashley is not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS
International Returns are not free.
To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. Point Ashley is not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
